TRIMATRIX was founded in August 2001 as a consulting company. It worked with companies and organizations to help people (senior-level cross-functional business teams) bring their ideas and content to the table and quickly develop great communication packages that made sure everyone knew the strategy, what their role encompassed, and understood they were indeed part of the success team.

Our founder, Sheryl Lubbock, also worked for many years as a business partner in the TLP's Entrepreneurial Adventure Program. And, one year, she had the opportunity to facilitate a groups of six amazing grade four students, along with the assistance of a wonderful volunteer mom, to help the students write and illustrate a fabulous joke book. The energy and enthusiasm was awesome!

But life is not always like that.

When a dear friend's daughter was ill with cancer, it became clear that telling stories, expressing feelings, and celebrating people ... young student's efforts; the many stories of real people at business, working on education, learning about what is important in life; expertise and valued information that can help others...became even more important.

When Sheryl's son came to her one day and said, "Hey, do you think you could help me write a book and publish it?" She said, "YES, of course!" Sheryl has always believed that anything is possible. You just have to investigate, evaluate and get moving. It took two years, but the book development and publishing adventure was amazing! And this created the foundation for development of the many young author programs, educational, collborative and business offerings provided today...

Our representives now include: business experts, professional moms going back to work, teachers, students starting their carreers. All of them have one thing in common passion for telling stories, bringing information to those that need it, and making sure the people we work with have a great experience!

Sheryl Lubbock is President and Founder of TRIMATRIX Management Consulting Inc. Her background includes: University of Toronto; intensive cognitive and sociology studies; usability reasearch; process development expertise; facilitation.

Sheryl's experiences also include being part of an international beta-testing team for the Careerstorm system, being awarded an Emfisys Award of Excellence and being nominated for an Athena Award in regard to mentoring young women and students. She was a community business partner for three years in The Learning Partnership's Entrepreneurial Adventure Program working with students to plan and develop their business venture, and TRIMATRIX was nominated for the Oakville Chamber Corporate Citizen Award in 2002.
